Our company is committed to sourcing local and organic ingredients whenever possible. We incorporate a healthful preparation of fresh ingredients, natural proteins, and seasonal items to create artful presentations. Choose between drop off or on site services. Sustenance can also provide beverage services including a full bar for your next event. The following list is available as a guideline, but we will also craft a menu to meet your unique needs. The Park Bistro is available for private parties up to 45 guests.

The buffets are priced on a minimum guest count of 12.

Sustenance will develop a custom menu for your guests to enjoy.

Eco-friendly disposables are available for .75 per person.

Full rental services available for plates, flatware, glassware, tables, chairs and linens.

Professional on-site service is available at an additional charge. All staffed events will have an automatic gratuity of 20% added to the food and beverage sales.

The Park Bistro is available for private events during the evenings. The seating capacity for the restaurant is 45 guests.

Sustenance can also provide outstanding wine pairings to compliment your next catered event.
